A Victory-class Star Destroyer, the Widowmaker was the personal flagship of Major General Joshua Chamberlain. The ship was a major transport at the Battle of Beta and when Chamberlain was made CO of the Imperial Army he was given its command. The ship remained with him when he became CompForce CO and COMPNOR Director. A mobile arsenal, Chamberlain stocked the ship with everything from Gamma Attack Shuttles to a full compliment of Sentinals and Space Armors. It was essentially a mobile platform to launch anything from a full scale invasion to the rescue of a lone pilot. Recently Chamberlain gave the ship to serve in the Imperial Navy, retaining a Nebulon-B Frigate as his new flagship.
