Tovakinpi Toshikhan is a character in the Star Wars Combine and a prominent military officer in the Hapes Consortium.
Biography[]
Initially a member of the Royal Hapan Navy, Tovakinpi Toshikhan rose to the naval rank of lieutenant before shifting careers and joining the Army. He eventually achieved the position of Chief of Staff in the Royal Hapan Army.
His parents, Darius and Kat'rien, had been exiled from the Hapes Cluster after being chased out by their respective families as disgraces to their respective names each being on opposing sides during the Hapan Civil War. They married on Corellia and adopted a new name with no meaning to hold them back and no legacy to uphold.
