The Red Moon Mercenaries (RMM) — also known as the Red Moons — were a Combine Member Group (CMG) that existed in the early years of the simulation. Now defunct, the group was quite popular for several years before disappearing in Year 2.
Notable members included Ted Raken.[1]
Following the dissolution of the Red Moon Mercenaries, several of its former personnel joined the Bounty Hunter Alliance.[1]

- The leader -- or principal officer -- of the Red Moons was, assumedly, "Chris Highwind."
- The group was frequently misspelled "Red Moon Mercenary" due to a typo by Ranma on the NFG List. The correct name is "Red Moon Mercenaries."
- The group was likely inspired by the Red Moon Mercenaries in Tales of the Empire - http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Red_Moon
