Originally founded by Jamie Walters almost five years ago, it has grown from a singular drinking establishment on Coruscant, to a well known and established chain spaning the entire Core.
This is a small and intimate restaurant tucked away from the main streets, on the top floor of an old restored building, yet still within easy reach of most of the city's major historical attractions and entertainment outlets. This restaurant has a most impressive choice of seafood and the atmosphere is pleasant here, if a little on the formal side. The menu has a distinct international flavour to it and should please almost any tastes.
