A High General is an army rank equivalent to Fleet Admiral in seniority. A High General is typically senior to an General and junior to a Surface Marshal. The rank is often held by the most senior General of an entire army service or a senior General commanding multiple armies as opposed to just one. High Generals are addressed by rank and name, thereafter by subordinates as "Sir" or "Ma'am". The rank is usually abbreviated to "HGen." or "HGEN".
