Frank Bach is one of two presiding Pro-Consuls of the Galactic Empire and he is specifically the Chairman of the Commission For The Preservation Of The New Order, COMPNOR. He was formerly Director of Majestic 12 and Special Branch.

Early Service[edit | edit source]

Majestic 12[edit | edit source]

Following the death of Admiral Arkady Ouromov‎ Bach was appointed head of Majestic 12. For much of his early tenure Imperial Intelligence was largely inactive, leaving MJ-12 as the main intelligence gathering branch of the Galactic Empire. After the revival of the Imperial Security Bureau and Imperial Intelligence, he took on the role of unofficial coordinator of the various agencies. This arrangement was formalized with the creation of Special Branch, under which came the Imperial Security Bureau, Task Force Delta, and Imperial Intelligence.
